Fill up the form with correct information. Email the form to comms@elearningcommons.com using a subject title, “Request for student name correction – Student ID number.” Attach a copy of your updated Certificate of Registration. Resetting your LMS account password requires you to have access to your BCP or school email. Your school email is usually student-id-number@bcp.edu.ph.
