There are several reasons why you can not access your account. Here are a few scenarios:
- You are reported as an inactive student. With such, your account will be automatically disabled.
- You have not opened your LMS account for more than 60 days. Your account will be automatically disabled.
- You have been reported to have multiple LMS accounts.
- Your account has been disabled due to attempts to use incorrect passwords.
To move further, here are the following solutions for STUDENTS:
- For scenarios 1, 2 & 3, report to your adviser. Your adviser will report to the LMS team regarding your account. If you haven’t been active for 60 days, let your adviser know about it. It may resolve your concern faster.
- For scenario 4, wait for 30 minutes and try to log in using your password. If failed, use the forget password (see the link on the photo provided below) to reset your password.
- Make sure that you have access to your school email.
- School email is usually your-student-idnumber@bcp.edu.ph.
- Your school email is managed by the MIS department. Contact them if you have any concerns.
